[Bf-committers] compiling release: wait!

Hi,

I just notice we have to finish the translation stuff for 'make  
release'.

- adding a dir + files in the release directory
- making the necessary changes in the Makefile

Phase can take care of the first point, but who volunteers to make the  
changes in the makefile then?
