Hi,

The version number in Blender, and the release directory have been  
updated now.
I also have added '2.27' to the bug tracker. There are quite some new  
reports BTW!

Nevertheless, let's compile the release, and give it a last quick test.  
Then mail me
a location where i can grab it.

MacOSX: Stefan Gartner (sgefant)
Sun Solaris: Kent Mein (Sirdude)
Linux: Frederick Lee (phaethon)
FreeBSD: Hans Lambermont
Windows MSVC 6: Simon Clitherow (Aphex)
Windows Cygwin makefiles: Aphex?
Irix: new platform manager needed
CVS taggin and source tarball: LarstiQ

The FTGL library (drawing antialised fonts) gives crashes at irix, and  
still have to be tested at Sun too. We'll either wait with releasing a  
binary, or someone can compile a 2.27 without support for it...  
although I don't recommend it. The translation feature is one of the  
major reasons for a release.
