[Bf-committers] Windows installer icon fix

The current windows installer in bf-blender CVS didn't get uploaded properly
and seems to be corrupt. Phase tells me it's a problem with WinCVS since a
similar problem has happened before when uploading icons. Would someone
(perhaps using a different operating system/cvs client) be able to try
committing it?

The icon is available here:

http://mke3.net:9000/blender/ui/misc/00.installer.ico

and should go in blender/release/windows/installer
