[Bf-committers] Lamp/Spot buttons

It looks good to me; in regard to hiding unused buttons, thereby reducing
unneeded UI complexity.

Regarding the buffer size buttons, I hadn't looked at them recently, but
the last time I did, they had been replaced by a single, number button
(like the animation start frame and end frame buttons).  Are we reverting
back to the radio-button approach?
