Patch for the LockTrack and FollowPath constraint. 
Some overhaul of the TrackTo constraint too.
Also includes code in the backward compatibility
function in readfile to automaticly convert from the
old track system to the new.

For more info of what's in there, just read the
featurelist file of tuhopuu and check most of the
entries under "theeth".
