[Bf-committers] ".Blanguages not found"

Hi,

I've just noticed that the "File .Blanguages not found"
error has still not been fixed in 2.28.

Nor does the documentation (README) say anything about
copying files around (I think I remember someone telling
me to copy some file to some other location to get it
fixed).

The only fix to the problem seems to be starting
Blender from the directory where it has been untarred
to, which reminds me of MS-DOS 2.0 times :)
