It did work on OSX when we last tested it. Does audio
work in any other application? 
Does the frame number stay the same when you hit alt-a ("Sync" turned
on), or does it move?

Important!

Radiosity "leave the shadow"? What do you mean by that? It
creates shadows? Yes, it's supposed to.
