Sorry for the mess :-/

I'm writing Makefiles in extern/ and extern/ode that will build ode (on
the platforms where it actually works out-of-the-box) and install the
lib and headers in lib/<platform>

After that I'll extend tinderbox such that it also builds in extern/

(Maybe time for a nice top-level Makefile ? ;-)
