HEADS UP: blender/lib/ moved to lib/ (requested by many)

This move was done to lower cvs checkout resources. (and it happened to
be like this at NaN too ;-)

I'll fix tinderbox now. Those that have a file
'enableTinderboxAutoUpdate' in ~tinderbox/ don't have to do anything.
