Ah, shoot, wasn't thinking when you suggested that, my problem isn't with
open GL, but rather, the video card on my notebook is so weak.  With Crystal
Space, you can set it up to run off the cpu (software mode) and their games
run fine on my 650 P3 machine, but only that way.

I don't have an openGL problem at all.  It's just that it would be cool to
use the game engine with Blender on my notebook.  I have a new assignment at
work where I don't have a computer available, and am pulling out my old
notebook to fill in the lunch time gap.  Anyway, I think there was a time
when Blender had the "run in software mode" option.  It would be really cool
if we could do that again.
