I've updated bug tracker functionality, the submitting page. Now it  
includes:

- instructions (read them!)
- 'group' menu has 2 choices now (2.26 or 'latest cvs checkout')
- Assignee: now includes all names!

Only assign a bug to someone if you really know it has been caused by  
that person or when you know he's responsible for it.

Any suggestions, ideas? Mail!
