[Bf-committers] Envmaps

  It would be useful for the first rendered env maps to be lower res' (because
they appear smaller in the final render), and then to increase the res' for
each recursion.  Obviously, this should be an optional (and tweakable) feature,
since it could be a pain in some cases.  But in many cases, it would simply
speed up the rendering process.

   Just an idea. :-)
