This patch includes:

- evil constraint stuff (see the tuhopuu feature list,
seriously, there's too much to write here) 

- Numerical input in transformation mode (grab,
rotate, scale, whatnot)

- Made the axis constraining in transformation work
for grab and scale too (and rename the constrain
variable and constants to more general names).

- Added some mode parsing code, you can now supply the
transform function with a constrain argument.
