[Bf-committers] possibly unused header

Hi!

While scanning over the DNA code in blender I stumbled across 
blenloader/BLO_soundfile.h, which seems to be unused (and doesn't really 
contain anything useful). CVS reveals that there were remarkable changes 
since the code left NaN. 

The only referencesto this file that I found are in blenloader/Makefile.am and 
in the project files for MSVC and projectbuilder.

Can this file be really removed?
