Well, I haven't done all the windows yet, only 3d-view (mostly), buttons,
preferences, and most of file-load. So things like IPO, OOPs, etc need
doing. They still work, just they always have the old colours. They get
the new styles of buttons though!

Many thanks to Hos, who fixed a memory leak with the icons. :-)

Oh, and I've implimented the YAID "tabs for button-window" idea (check
the interface forum).
