[Bf-committers] Bug tracker cleaned up!

Hi,

It has been brought back to 28 reports now. :-)

- I removed all opengl related problems, with support replies.
- The feature requests were moved to the 'feature request' listing.
- Where ever possible I assigned bugs to LarstiQ for Python, and Hos  
for animation stuff. LarstiQ and Hos can assign it someone else of  
course. :)
- Some bug reports were support questions, which were replied.
- Compile problems were mailed that they should use the discussion  
forum.

Oh, and I've added a new one for OSX.
