I've done a bunch of small updates to the cvs code.
One which is a little questionable.

I took out "" verses <> and just left <> for includes.
It works just fine on every system I could try it on.
./source/blender/include/BIF_gl.h

zr had already commented it should probably go.  I tried it
on Linux/SunOS5.8/IRIX6.5 and it works fine.

Just thought I'd let everyone know.
