[Bf-committers] CVS access to documentation

Hi,

There's a docboard active now, reviewing the database we've got. They
wil get a dedicated project in sourceforge (being installed at
blender.org now).

I think we need a few extra people, maybe from this group, working on
all the technical docs, architecture, code guidelines... and especially
functional descriptions of (new) features.
That all should be accessible in CVS as well.

I'm still working on the right organisation diagram for all projects at
blender.org. With the docboard we've agreed on that they organize
'foundation-wide' docs. Meaning documentation that applies Blender in
general, and apply to the official Foundation development projects. This
includes general architecture and coding guidelines for example.
Docs related to projects itself, like feature proposals or technical
guidelines, can be organized and made available locally.

We'll keep you posted on this,

-Ton-
