For the compiler documentation in html, its a great start.
I'd like to see the info in the README file in the root dir
moved to it as well. :)

Specifically mention the two build systems and have separate
sections for each.  Also have the links to external tools.

I'm wondering if for the cvs section we don't just want to point
them to: http://www.blender.org/modules.php?op=modload&name=cvs&file=index

Then we could also maybe have a link to 
http://www.blender.org/modules.php?op=modload&name=cvs&file=index

on that web page for developers or more info on cvs.
