[Bf-blender-npr] priority targets for Freestyle and Blender NPR capabilities

Blender has a built-in SVG importer, so if Freestyle offers an SVG
exporter we have two-way traffic of SVG drawings. SVG textures would be
a nice addition on the consumption side.

Vectex uses an SVG rendering engine called Anti-Grain Geometry (AGG).
For better rendering capabilities the Vectex integration project
replaced it with another engine QtSVG of the Qt GUI library. Both AGG
and QtSVG are written in C++. I guess these projects are quite in a good
shape in terms of performance.

Regards,
