[Bf-blender-npr] Priority??

I have used Freestyle for several years, and used to do the 32bit build 
for 2 years of GraphicAll, hoping to use Freestyle on an animation and 
children's book project. The lack of a interactive viewport style 
process, makes this less of an artist tool and more of a "coders" 
exploration. Cache the viewmap, allow repeated quick exploration in a 
cropped view window of various style choices with some selections being 
visual. Most artist types are visual thinkers, so a view window, visual 
selection and immediate feedback would be a priority. Yes, faster and 
better on the memory will always help.
