install_deps: proper update of OpenVDB to 9.0.
Previous commit (rBrB59681a7ccdcf) was effectively doing nothing, due to
weird hacks we had to do with OpenVDB 8.0 to 'integrate' NanoVDB.
Now OpenVDB 9.0 natively includes NanoVDB, which allows us to greatly
simplify that part of the code in install_deps.
