USDMeshReader class unneeded function arguments.

Removed unneeded arguments to several USDMeshReader functions.
In some cases, UsdGeomMesh arguments were redundant, as
the same data is stored in the mesh_prim_ class member. In
addition improperly named arguments were hiding the mesh_prim_
member.
