Cleanup: rename rna_Mesh_update_data to rna_Mesh_update_data_deg_all

It's ambiguous what rna_Mesh_update_data does compared with functions
that use `rna_Mesh_update_data_*` as a prefix.

Noticed by @sybren D11377 review.
