UI: particle tool properties layout tweaks

Adopt some of the newer layout abilities to
clean up the Particle Tool Properties a bit.

- Use in-line check-boxes next to values.
- Use text heading for Preserve toggles and mirror/topology mirror.

Reads clearer. Uses less space. Is more consistent.
