UI: Sequencer menus

Add missing menu entries:

  - Select Box
  - Sound Crossfade
  - Toggle Meta
  - Gap Remove

Also:
  - Rename menu entries to use Playhead rather than the ambiguous Frame
  - Use icons for the rest of the Add menu categories

Thanks to user tintwotin for pointing out the missing items
