Hi Campbell, this is plain wrong, cycles can be built but it requires
that you built from a mvc command prompt. I know this is not optimal,
but simply forbidding people to build cycles is way too much in my
opinion. By the way, we already need msvc 2008 to get the debug
libraries for python so it's not too extreme to expect people to have
this, especially since we use cmake to build our IDE debug builds.
Also OpenEXR is essential and NEEDED if building with cycles.
