  Bugfix in Audio(HD): resampling caused artefacts on mixdown.
  (The ffmpeg resampler needs a little warmup time and shouldn't be
  restarted all the time.)
  
  The resampler can still cause problems, if your soundfile doesn't start
  with silence!
