[Bf-blender-cvs] libtiff comments

I should have mentioned in the commit that you'll
need the libtiff headers now, and you may need to set NAN_TIFF
so blender can find them when compiling.

You can get libtiff from here if you don't have it:
ftp://ftp.remotesensing.org/pub/libtiff/

Is this something we want to include in extern?  I was thinking
its a pretty standard library but windows users will not have it
for sure.
