[Bf-animsys] compiling ERROR: need "wintab.h"

Hello everyone, excuse me for a bit minutes,  I am compiling blender source code follow the steps of "https://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Dev:Doc/Building_Blender"but some error terminate the compile-procedures abruptly,  compiler give error tips that it could not found "wintab.h".  I search anywhere of my PC's
system directory, still can NOT get a file called"wintab.h", how to solve this issue?  Shall I need to install some librarys about "wintab" ?
or simply get a wintab.h and put it into comiler's include dir ? please help me, thanks.



Error point that include 'wintab.h' :
blender_home/intern/ghost/intern/GHOST_WindowWin32.h:46:#include <wintab.h>
