[Bf-animsys] proposal: Better F-Curve auto handle calculation

Is anyone else getting trouble to download graphicall builds? It says
connection closed at byte (some random position). Downloaded the linux one
after 8 tries with wget, plus a few more failed attempts with the browser.

A friend of mine is having the same problem. We're in two different parts
of Spain with different ISPs.
