[Bf-animsys] Grease pencil and Storyboarding

Hi Matias,

1) This would be nice, but the main limitation is that we need to be able
to do this for more than just the 3d view. For instance we need something
that can be done in the Sequencer,  image, and nodes editor. But yes, it
would be great if the menus did work.

2) Yep, outliner support is something that I have been planning on adding.
It looks like this was one of the few things that I left off the roadmap.

3) :)
4) I am aware of some issues prior issues with that feature, though I
haven't seen these specific issues yet. Will look into it!
