[Bf-animsys] Shape key editing enhancements

Hi everyone once again!

I made a pretty big mistake by believeing if the proposal got accepted
everyone's mostly happy with it, well, it turned out it's not this way at
all and that was a pretty bad misconception. :\ But there's still a week to
turn it to something better.

So what I ask is a careful review of the original proposal [1] by anyone
interested and sharing your opinions, suggestions and wishes over here or
at [2]. I made [2] after a discussion with silkdigit (thanks there :) over
at IRC, would be greate if anyone contributes.
