[Bf-animsys] Animation Proposal

This is great stuff.

I for one have been missing the ability to shift keyframes on the timeline.
A scaled down dope sheet as an alternative seems to do the trick though.
The timeline I guess would reflect keys on selected controls, so you
wouldn't have to browse like you would the dope sheet to find them, If it
came to that.
