[Bf-animsys] F-Curve Colouring - Comments

My color-blindess perhaps makes some things more an issue for me than
other people, but testing on rev #20233 some of the curve colors blend
into the background for me and are difficult to see.

If you could figure out a way to enforce the brightness of the curves
being sufficiently different from the background, that would help a
lot.  Imagine changing the whole interface to grey-scale, the curves
should still be obviously different from the background to guarantee
visibility to people with color vision disabilities.
