[Bf-animsys] constraint / modifier order

+100. I see this problem as I would think of layers in GIMP, Photoshop 
or acetate in traditional animation, ie. Top Most = last.

It's the most intuitive. And since, I believe, the only difference is 
cosmetic: couldn't this be something that the user can choose?
