[Verse-dev] Purple user guide missing + cvs browser doesn't work

Hrm,

that's some very old stuff, even from before the switch to SVN.

Verse, Purple, Puyo and other stuff you can find in
https://svn.blender.org/svnroot/verse/trunk/ or through the web
browser: https://projects.blender.org/plugins/scmsvn/viewcvs.php/?root=verse
(but you need login credentials for that, just register if you haven't
yet).

I'm not sure what to say/do about the webpages - I'm not even sure
where they exactly are. But indeed, there are lot of old links
apparently.
