I didn't commit the fix to HEAD, you need to check out with -r
release-r4-branch. Sorry, should have mentioned that.

I had that error a few times as well, but i don't seem to be able to
reproduce it. The packet is clearly being corrupted in some way. I'll
have a look a this.
