Hello.

I just released Verse r3p2.

It addresses the problems in the reference server that Brecht Van
Lommel reported last night.  At least I *hope* it does; the code in
question has not been tested since I simply do not have a handy
testing suite. So:

* Bitmap sending should do its casting properly now.
* Geometry tests for 64-bit floating point layers should work.

Many thanks, as always, to Brecht for being the ever-vigilant bug
reporter that any halfway serious project is happy to have around.
