[Verse-dev] New verse-tests CVS dir

Hello.

I just imported a new folder into CVS, called "verse-tests". It holds
Verse client code that is mainly intended for testing the system, not
doing much in the area of "real work".

Currently only "geotest.c" is of any interest, it's a simple exercise
of many of the geometry node's features. It might be instructive to
read, or whatever. The code itself is "forward ported" fom the orig-
inal Interactive Institute-era Verse 1 implementation.
