[Uni-verse] Uni-Verse final reports costs

Dear Friends,

I have mentioned previously that costs for the final report including 
the audit certificate should be able to claim after the end of the 
project (Last of April).
However it seems that those costs even that they are incurred after the 
end of the project should be claimed on the Form C you should submit at 
the end of the month.
So please note that the audit costs should be known before the audit is 
completed and entered on Form C before the audit certificate is done.

The cost for the travel to Brussels for the review cannot be formally 
claimed to the project since it is done more than 45 days after the end 
of project.
It may be possible to claim the ticket cost if you can get your travel 
agent to charge the cost before you finalize your Form C and audit 
certificate.
