[Uni-verse] Uni-Verse VerseServerV2

Hi all,

Finally, I've uploaded source and a windows binary of the Alternative
VerseServerV2 to the Uni-Verse website member section. It is named
VerseServerV2 because it was a complete re-write. Some components are taken
from the old one, but the most parts are re-designed.

It uses the opensource library wxWidgets (and was currently compiled with
Version 2.7.1) which is available at http://www.wxwidgets.org and some stl
containers.

It was developed, compiled and tested under windows, but since wxWidgets is
a platform independent toolkit it should be possible to do that on other
systems as well. There is no windows specific code included.

If you have problems or questions, just ask me... ;-)
