[Uni-verse] Prolongation

Dear Friends,

I'm in Brussels for a concertation meeting (EU Terminology for  meeting 
other projects) and just had a discussion with the
project officer. He had a strong recommendation to limit the 
prolongation to maximum three months.
He thought this would be possible with a good rationale but no more.
This would also require no additional review he thought.

Can we follow his recommendation?
