[Uni-verse] Soya and Verse

It is Toni Alatalo's (he was in Stockholm during the review, helping Ton
present the findings from using Verse during the production of 
"Elephants Dream") proposal to do a Google summer of code project around
getting Verse support into the Soya 3D Python 3D engine.

I don't know much about Soya (hadn't heard about it before I got this
link, yesterday), but thought I'd share it just to show that ... things
are happening. :)
