[Uni-verse] Payment from the commission

Dear  Friends,

I have received the payment from the commission during the summer.
Normally you would withhold some amount of money when deliverables are 
seriously delayed
as the case is now.

I would rather refrain from doing so. To be able to pay the full amount 
I would need an explanation for the delay and full commitment and a plan 
to resolve the problems.

This is the list of deliverables which are overdue:

The high-performance rendering client from KTH is sort of completed I 
think (still some bugs) but the report is missing.

The high-performance rendering client  and the slim rendering client 
from FHG is awaiting approval from the PCC.
The report for the Radiosity module is missing I believe. Right?

The dynamic mesh generation and the perceptual based module from II are 
not delivered in any form.
