[Uni-verse] Deliverables for review

Hi Gert

Good documents, a popular style, good for overview.

Suggestions:
Besides updating TOC for the docs, there should be some info on where to 
find the code and binaries i.e. uni-verse.org etc.
Also some background info on author and issuing institution
