[Uni-verse] First draft of Software release schedule

A part of 5.4 will be released earlier, the deliverables are split up into
several deliverables.

So for 05-11-01 could be:
Necro3D Verse plugin.

And for 06-xx-xx
Generation modules.


I actualy have a half working version of the plugin and I am testing an
integration with our Necro3D scene/world editor... but it does not realy
work yet and only supporting geometry and textures.
