[Uni-verse] Marratech server problems

I have made requests to the people with us about
the Marratech server hosted by II, which is
running our open channel.

There seems to be a configuration problem with
our server (not a Marratech problem).
Either this is solved soon or we change, I suggest,
to another platform, like the mIRC.

I'm really sorry for all the inconvience this delay
creates. Later today Gert will mail a proposal for
a new date for PCC (possibly am 3rd of March).
