Hi,

In the WP1 section, a more elaborate doc (with pics!) about maintenance  
of the site (and how to upload) was added. I've also named workpackages  
and added WP leaders.

Anyone with the back-end account can in fact just completely design the  
page, with more text to explain, notes, links, pictures, whatever. If  
you need multiple pages, or have dozens of downloads that need further  
categories, just contact me.

Everyone; I strongly encourage you to upload docs to the uni-verse  
site, and use email to notify us the doc is there. Also remember to  
remove the old doc. :)
