Summary: Filename in Windows window.

Initial Comment:
Would it be possible to put the Blender filename in 
the top left of the Windows window and have it pop-up 
when the mouse is over the Blender icon in the bottom 
Windows toolbar?

This would help as I often have more than one copy of 
Blender open.
